Day 11 of My 30Day Water Challenge!! So Far So Good! My Skin is Clear, I have so much more energy at the Gym. I actually lost 4Lbs on Day 7! I WAS NOT trying to lose weight But this might be Great for those whom are trying to lose. Gained it back eating Foods High in Protein. I can’t Lie I have been craving Green Tea, Cranberry Juice and Thai Tea BAD!!
Is that a gallon of water a day for 30 days!!
I am Known for my Core so I show my core. My Legs are under construction right now. I’M WORKING! What are you doing? Hopefully you’re Eating clean and Working out!!!
Today’s Workout consist of
2X150 Oblique/ Basic Crunches,
15X45 Jump Rope,
10X20 “The Hydrant” Butt Exercise,
2X30 Bicep Curls w/ Resistance band.
Remember to Stretch, Stay hydrated drink plenty of water. Break the Exercises down in sets. If you don’t know what an exercise is please google it. #TeamFitness #UnderArmour
